16v4000-01 DDEC Mining truck improved FCO calibrations

Factory has performed extensive further work on DDEC typical mining cals for improved fuel cons / performance at published power / suitable gov gains etc. Factory now releasing new FCO ordered engines with these cals and we are also implementing from Reman FCO non certified engines. The performances we have also verified on our dyno testing to double check and confirmed performance and expected benefits.
