4000-01 DDEC High Altitude to Standard configuration differences
Within our region we have no need for 4000 mining DDEC engines to operate at High Altitude however if ever engines are imported via OEM's as high altitude configuration there are basics required to be performed to enable suitable operation within our normal altitude ie.- suitable calibration change- change high altitude turbochargers to suitable standard turbos- re-install and connect B Bank TBS (Turbo Boost Sensor)- disconnect and remove Barometric Sensor (Located beside CCPS) Refer attached.
