4000Cx1/2 HP Fuel Line Internal Slotted Nut Tool & Tension

To minimise future fuel leakage from the HP fuel lines between the common rail and the injector on 4000 Cx1 & Cx2 engines after removing the HP line, the internal nut tension must be checked using tool F30452578 - Slotted Nut Driver. During the loosening and removal of the HP fuel line - the internal slotted nut can loosen and will cause fuel to leak.

Tension of the internal slotted nut within the HP line is 10Nm.
