Overhaul tolerances / clearances for ABB turbo on S4000 Gas engine
Series 4000 Gas engines are fitted with ABB turbos. These require cleaning and overhaul as part of QL3 maintenance.The attached document from ABB details the axial and radial clearances that the ABB turbocharger needs.NOTE: this is taken from a S4000L61 model. Verification is underway as to if this is correct for all 4000 Gas engine ABB turbos.Until this solution is updated, use with caution on other S4000 Gas engine models.
