- if replacing steel flexplate ensure alternator suits and has clearance for this coupling version.
- if replacing steel flexplate MTU suggest Grounding device not required however if customer wishes to still run they must use suitable GD kit for this flywheel - Refer TSD 12-06 for correct version.
- Ensure correct follow up end float / alternator shimming procedure followed when finalling coupling to an alternator.
