How to find iBase (Build list) in Business Portal

In some cases, the spare part catalogue is not readily available for some MTU ESN, and requesting it can take 3-5 working days. In such scenarios, it is still possible to access parts list (build list) by downloading iBase file from business portal by following below steps.

1. Go to Parts & Service - Product Data - Service Data and enter the engine serial number and press "GO" or "Enter".

2. Click on engine serial number and then click on Product Structure.

3. After clicking on Product structure below window will appear. Here, click on small spreadsheet icon and the iBase .xls file will be downloaded.
